If you’re here, you might be facing challenges or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself and your life. Whatever has brought you to this moment, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore, reflect, and grow. My aim is for you to feel truly heard and understood, without judgment, as we work together toward the positive changes you’re seeking.
As an integrative counselor with over a decade of experience in mental health, I bring a flexible approach to therapy, drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques that allow us to tailor each session to your unique needs. I value empathy, understanding, and the belief that healing and growth are possible. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or navigating neurodivergence, I’m here to listen, support, and help you build a path forward.
I work with both adults and young people, drawing from my qualifications, including a BACP Accreditation (2022), CPCAB Level 6 Therapeutic Supervision (2023), and CPCAB Level 4 Therapeutic Counselling (2018). My additional training covers areas such as trauma, domestic abuse, personality disorders, neurodivergence (ASD, ADHD, PDD-NOS), sexual abuse, grief, and more, allowing me to support a wide range of personal challenges with expertise and care.
In partnership with Oxfordshire MIND, I also deliver short courses, combining professional insights with real-world guidance. Whether you're ready to take the first step or are simply considering your options, know that you don’t have to face it alone. Let’s work together to create the future you envision.

If you’re considering counseling for a young person in your life, know that they’re not alone. Today’s challenges can be overwhelming for children and young people, and having a trusted, caring professional can make all the difference. My name is Sophie and I'm here to provide that support with a gentle, understanding approach, specifically tailored for children and young people aged 11 to 24.
I bring over 15 years of experience working in school environments and have served as an integrative school counselor since 2022 in a secondary school setting. My approach draws on extensive training, including a Diploma in Counselling Teenagers from the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education, as well as trauma-informed practices and comprehensive safeguarding training and experience from the many young people I have worked with.
This background equips me to address a wide range of challenges young people may face, from anxiety and low self-esteem to trauma and relationship difficulties.
In sessions, I create a safe, confidential space where young people can express themselves openly and feel truly understood. My goal is to empower each individual with tools for resilience, self-confidence, and well-being, helping them navigate life’s complexities with greater ease.
If you believe that counseling could benefit the young person in your life, I am here toto provide the care, expertise, and support they need to thrive.
