What We Provide

Face-to-face or Online Therapy

We understand that everyone’s journey is unique, and we’re here to support you through a range of personal challenges, including anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, neurodivergence, gender identity, and more.

While we find that face-to-face counseling often fosters the deepest connection, we recognize that in-person sessions aren’t always convenient or possible. That’s why we also offer online video therapy, providing a flexible option to meet you wherever you are.

We aim to create a safe, welcoming space—whether in our therapy room or online—where we can explore even the most sensitive or painful topics with care. We’re committed to tailoring our work to your unique needs, and we truly believe that together, we can shape a path forward that feels right for you.

We work with individuals aged 11 and above, offering an initial consultation at £30, followed by sessions at £60. Whether you choose to meet us in person or online, we look forward to supporting you on your journey.
